I'm not sure what this is. Shadow? Could be just pixle.
Thought i would post it maybe someone might have an idea.

Are you referring to the shadowy area in the hallway? That's always there in some fashion. That's a very long hallway and the lights from each end
don't ever reach the middle.

It looks to be on the floor by the door on left but not apart of the shadow we see in the hall down the middle that is always there. It's just the odd
shape of it. Seems to stand out abit to me.
